Don't know if commercial names allowed, but I'll use an "alias". Since I was using their dongle, I contacted "Huggable" for support. Using their "plugdebug" program they spotted the wrong driver immediately. I downloaded instructions and replaced the driver. The "bad" driver was a more recent build number. In searching for a solution, I tried to download the latest one...a bad idea. Superior support.
