What is the app? Is it an old app? Is it for 32-bit or 64-bit Windows or the even older 16-bit, [your System Specs are incomplete]?

    Welcome to TenForums @SPLESHER.

This message means you are trying to run an app that's incompatible with Windows 10. For example, it's seen if you try to run a 16-bit app on a 64-bit system.

You say it happens when you log in. Have a look at the Start-up tab in Task Manager. You may be able to identify the app that's causing the problem.

Has this just started happening or has it always been like this? If it has just started, did it start after you installed something, or have you made any other changes recently?

@SPLESHER, the .vbs extension is for VB Script files. That doesn't sound like something that should be running at Start-up. I'd go to the Start-up tab in Task Manager and disable it. If that makes the error go away, I'd worry that it was some malware that had installed itself in the last 3 days. A scan with AdwCleaner would be my next step.

Good. Now scan your machine in case any malware was responsible for putting it there. @cottonball knows far more than me about how to look for malware, but I would start with a Defender scan, then AdwCleaner.

I would go into control panel, click on uninstall a program and just go through what programs you have installed and what versions they are. Then check their respective websites to see if there are any requiring updating.
