    2 Apps starting randomly

    Windows 10 Insider, Build14965
When the PC is resting, 2 apps seems to start by themselves, almost as if they were a screen saver. I haven't timed them.
I have dual monitors. On one screen will be the Settings menu, on the other the News app, only with the red and black border with no content. I have to x-out to get rid of them.
To try and demonstrate, the best I can do is a snip of the Task Manager.
The Theme settings has only a Desktop Background of a Folder with some sunset pics, change 30 minutes, that have nothing to do with the weird app appearances. Screen saver is None.
Its the same 2 that always show up.

    Hello Pete, :)

This appears to be a bug in Insider build 14965.

I have the Mail and Photos apps automatically open blank for me like this.

    Thanks, Brink (As usual):)
I had looked in the Known Issues and didn't see anything.
It is kind of a strange bug.

Build problem originally in Build 14965.
    Brink said MS aware.
They finally admitted it in the lastest Build
    Known Problems:
    Known issues for PC
Navigating to Settings > System > Battery will crash the Settings app.
Using keyboard monitor hotkeys to adjust brightness won’t work as expected. Desired brightness change could be done via the Action Center or by going to Settings > System > Display.
Apps such as Store, Photos, and People may launch on their own after your PC has been inactive for a period of time. To stop these apps from launching on their own, un-maximize the app before closing it.

    Different Apps

It's strange that it surely does happen in 14965, but it's different apps for everyone, no set pattern. Like I wrote above, it FIRST was Windows Settings, that stopped and NOW it's Windows Store or Netflix. I was doing a Macrium 6.2 Full Image Backup and in the middle, Netflix screen with choices of movies started. I quickly shut Netflix down as soon as I saw it. Macrium finished and Verified fine. I wonder if I restored with that Image, would I see the Netflix "pop up" ??

And that's a lot of B.S. if you "minimize" program before exit, it will prevent this !!

That "minimize" is from the Windows 10 team. It worked for me.
When the page came up, I minimized it then x'ed out. They haven't returned.
