Word will not me print file unless I start One Note

When I try to print a Word document it gives an error that says;

"We can not do that, run "One Note" first"

But I can print OK from other sources!

This should not occur. Is OneNote your default printer? Onenote is not my default but if I try to print using the "send to onenote" printer without OneNote being open it starts the launcher and works normally.

Which version of word and OneNote are you using? Is it the app version of OneNote or the full desktop?
