    I installed Revo Uninstaller Pro 3.1.7 but could not run it, and received the following message



    any solution will be deeply appreciated

    I think you have a corrupted installation. Try re-installing it.

    Only to major releases. Like from 2.x.x to 3.x.x. That has happened to me once. And it was with a nice discount. It's understandable. And worth it. IMO.

    I have 3.1.5 and when it offered me to update to 3.1.7 it broke my registration so I had to reinstall 3.1.5.

    This has never happened to me Mike, and the current release is 3.2.0 also ....I've never been charged for a update.
