Ooh, doesn't that sound so friendly? Hmm, well, now Microsoft doesn't provide linked help and relies on non-MS experts to provide guides to its OS I'm not so optimistic.

So I tried 'Can't boot to login screen'

Useful? Really? Support for XP has ended? Mmm, not so sure that's really useful...

So, you asked if it worked for anyone... I'm using an MS account, and I've tried it as a local user. It seemed slower to start with the latter (more time on ......... ), but worked.

    You could try this from
    Apps - Reinstall and Re-register in Windows 8 and 10 - Windows 10 Forums

    PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage *ContactSupport*).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"

I have a feeling it does not work in Insider installations - that's where my first image came from.

I can't find reference to "Useful" anywhere in this thread, except in your post, Dalchina, and now in this one!
