Failed to update error trying to install update version 1703

So my problem here is that the check for updates say that my computer is up to date but when ı go into the update history I can see around 15 failed updates trying to install 1703.

So I run the troubleshooter for updates and it says that there are updates pending and that it's going to add keys to the registry and stuff to download the updates in the background but after 30 minutes I can't see any internet activity in task manager and check for updates still say that my computer is up to date.
(all the updates were failed to install on 6/20/2017)

This updater also says that my computer is up to date. I can't find what is wrong there is clearly a problem because I know that my computer supports the update because of the new samsung flow app supporting the computer but it requires the 1703 update for fTPM support

Hello. Sorry to hear you are having issues with Windows update. Have you tried Microsofts Windows update troubleshooter (https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/...troubleshooter)? I would start there. If that doesn't help (and it is very likely not going to), then luckily for you there are a lot of tools available to help:

I would try them in the order listed. Good luck.

My friend you were the one thag helped me witb the win10 re install thing but this thread is not needed anymore thanks for your reply anyways
