    cortana doesn't work

Hello, thank you brink for your guidance, but I have another problem yet Location is working now, but cortana doesn't work yet, It shows a message I need to be able to see your contacts. Would you like to turn on the ability for apps to see your contacts in settings?) but when I want to turn it on It doesn't turn on, please help me again!

Good news so far Sara. :)

Open Settings, click on Privacy icon, click on Contacts in left pane, and check to see if "Let apps access my contacts" is turned on, and turned on for Cortana if listed.

Please go ahead and post the Cortana issue in a new thread along with a screenshot showing these setting to see if it may help reveal what could be wrong. This way we can keep this thread on topic. :)

Did you use any tweak that disabled telemetry in Windows 10?

If so, you can do a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before doing so to undo and hopefully fix this.
