I agree it's all fine now and working well but I despair of the cretins in their support. I tweeted them earlier and said this appears to be a global issue and without doubt a MS server issue. The response I get tries to get me to clean install Windows!!! Totally frustrating - nothing is ever their fault and they appear oblivious to an issue. It always must be 'user' error. Why am I surprised though, they are all as bad as each other. Apple are the same when things don't work

On mine when I tried it came up that it was at their end with a error code
That was before I tried it again and it worked ok
