MSN Weather App Stuck and Never Changes?

I've been using the MSN weather app for months now with no problem. All of a sudden a few days ago the temperature just stopped updating. It's had the same temperature and same picture(even at night) for days now. I've tried everything to fix it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. I've tried time resyncs. I've tried manually deleting it from the WindowsApps folder (boy was that fun to fix afterwards) and reinstalling it. NOTHING. It's just stuck at the same temperature forever! I've tried changing locations, and tweaking every setting in the app. It updates, the tile flips, I even get the details on my lock screen, but it's been the same thing for days. It says 77 degrees and sunny forever! Any ideas at all would be appreciated. I'm at a complete loss. Thanks.

I guess the manual removal of the Bing Weather folder in WindowsApps after uninstall and then reinstall must have fixed it. Woke up today and it was working again.
