Windows 10, Blue Iris 4 and 0xC00007b and the case of the missing .DLL

So i started my Saturday thinking i would upgrade my plex media server / Blue Iris (security camera software) server from windows 8 to windows 10. It Installed and everything looks like it was running fine, my Plex server was running like nothing ever happened. I go to fire up Blue iris 4 to see if that went smooth as well and i was greeted by an error saying there is missing wmvcore.dll. So i do my searching on google and some say to get the windows 10 media pack https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=48231
So i do that and still jack diddly. Then i go to my second computer and grab the missing .DLL file and add it to the windows system32 file Go to fire up blue iris 4.
Now i am greeted by an error saying i have a missing wmasf.dll So i grab that from my good running windows 10 computer and add that to the system32 folder.
Go to fire up Blue Iris 4. now i am greeted with this, an 0xC00007b error.

I have installed the latest .net framework, Visual C++ and Direct X.
I am using the latest installer from http://blueirissoftware.com/
    So now I'm really stumped.
Back to google, were i find all kinds of worthless garbage.
I read i should use dependency walker to find what is going on with the executable.http://www.dependencywalker.com/
dependency walker log file here BlueIris.txt http://m.uploadedit.com/ba3u/1459704426182.txt
so now i can see what dlls are loading and which are not.
From my arm chair ninja knowledge it looks like its loading and then unloading wmasf.dll and then crashing.
To be honest this is way above my knowledge level and have spent to many hours trying to fix this.
I even went back and did a fresh install of windows 10 screwing my whole plex server up and just making a freaking mess of my weekend.
So this is a plea for help, i'm not sure where to ask, i'm pretty sure Microsoft will tell me to go **** my self....

It is doubtful that Blue Iris will do anything, since it has been a v4 problem for a long time.

What features are you looking for to use with Plex? What cameras are you using?

That would be a shame if blue iris didn't help considering i paid 60$ for that software....
I have been using plex media server to stream my movie and tv shows in my house and to a few friends for a year or so now. it has been working fine and have built a library of over 1000 movies and maybe 50 or so tv shows.
I use 6 Hikvision DS-2CD2135F-IS cameras around my house.

I have not looked at that, i chose Blue Iris as its already a very powerful video security program. It has worked great for the last year until i got the super smart idea to upgrade my pc it was running one. I have paid 60$ for this software and i am hoping i can still use it..

Again this is a problem with v4 of the software that was supposed to have been fixed by now. You need to send the information from the error to their tech support, if there is nothing in the forums about getting around the issue with Windows 10.

Blue Iris is for using a Headless system as a DVR. If all that you are wanting to do is check in on the cameras, follow the info in the link I provided.

Plex is for media serving, so you have to follow their directions if you want to view the cameras. Running both Blue Iris and Plex at the same time on a average computer, will actually cause lag and that also the FTP uploads can take up a lot of space, thus causing problems with the OS locking up when you try and view the frames that were uploaded when taken.
