@Wynona use the "r" switch of just go into properties\tools\error checking and force a check choosing the repair option(takes a while)
chkdsk usb drive letter: /r
Example Chkdsk E: /r
Well I still didn't get offer to update but not concerned because I don't have that problem supposedly solved by update. I'm using few micro SD 8GB cards for rescue, one of them is for MR. Also never had problems with PE, it always downloads it when making rescue media.
Not near my pc at moment - really simple batch file - here's the gist
Assumes I have updated Macrium in Windows first, and Rescue-Win pe Usb file inserted in pc
mount boot.wim file (D:\mount)
delete macrium directory in mount drive
copy macrium sub directory to mount drive
dismount boot.wim
copy boot.wim to usb drive sources directory
Then only thing do after that is create iso from usb using imgburn.
When I get a moment, I'll dig out file and post it.
I see what you doing....
All you have to do is > mount boot.wim > run Macrium from within mounted boot.wim folder
Macrium will auto-update
Firefox will auto-update too.. If you run it as well..
Commit changes and dismount..
Finally got update thru MR directly, it's 1311. Among other things there's update for PE update.
Sure but with this batch file, it just does it all as I have to update it once on main pc anyway.
Batchfile is run from windows with usb drive inserted.
