    Windows 10 Pro x64 - XP/Vista/Win7/Win8.1 in VM for testing

    2xExplorer shows last supported OS as XP, It may work but I personally wouldn't trust anything that old with important files.

    XYplorerFree does. You can choose to have panels horizontal or vertical, plus many other settings.
