I have a Pioneer A/V receiver VSX-1021 I think. Then a full array of Andrew Jones speakers.
I can't put it above -45db's or the neighbors will be pounding on the door, yelling to turn it down.

Hi there.

Some decent sound insulating rubber under the speakers should deaden the sound coming underneath the speakers and remove any possible vibration transmitted to the apartment below. You can also put some thin sound insulating material on the walls too which reduce sound transmission by about 85%.

It's a pity though that buildings these days while concentrating on insulation for energy efficiency still have absolutely appalling Sound insulation.

One advantage of being out in the sticks is that you don't have that particular problem. !!!
