Look for it in the Downloads folder.

I am sorry. I am lost.
You downloaded the Tool but you did not "run" it.
You don't have the iso file downloaded.

    I can't continue with Option #2.

Here is option #1..... Reset this PC
Click the Notification icon at the system tray > does it open ?
    If no, let me know.
If yes, click All Settings ( see screenshot below ) > click Update and Security > left side, click Recovery > right side, under Reset this PC, click the Get Started button > follow the prompts from then on.

Left click doesn't work, right click shows "open action centre" but nothing happens - underneath "turn on quiet hours"

Restart your computer > do not sign in
in the sign in screen, bottom right, click the Power icon > one of the options that appears is Restart
    > press Shift key and hold > click Restart > click "Restart anyway" if you were asked to confirm the action > wait > click Troubleshoot >click Reset this PC > and follow the prompts.

I did as suggested but didn't get to Troubleshoot or Reset computer. When it started back up with taskbar was complete and start button working. Everything seems ok, but slower. So thanks for that. Can you tell me about creating restore point manually and creating system image backup ?
