Just can't remember or find the name of the Windows 10 photo editor which edits and enhances home photos such as colour, darker or lighter etc. in a large panel with individual horizontal slider controls on the right of the screen.

I'm organizing all my photos right now. I have one folder where the "Date" column is correct with the date/time the photo was taken.
Most of my images have the "Date taken" info correct to but some of them are blank. I need to fill this in...
