Which AV are you using? Thanks.
    Hello Dalchina,
MY AV program is Windows 10 Defender. I reckong that any other AV program that you are using can be turned off while you try the fix which I found worked perfectly for me. I was very surprised that it did the trick, but Store has worked as it is designed to do. Why it works I don't know.:)

Now that is ironic.. not just weird.. you mean MS's own products aren't compatible (in this case).

Have you actually tried the fix that I passed on to you? It worked for me.

.. sorry, just a comment.. I've never had the problem, thankfully. Was just asking for info as some AV product contention issues have been reported in other matters.

    Try create new user.

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Accounts > Other people > Add someone else to this PC.
At the bottom of the page, select I don’t have this person’s sign-in information, and at the bottom of the next page, select Add a user without a Microsoft account.
Enter a user name, password, password hint, and then select Next. You're done!

    Log in to new user.

    Sign Out

Log in to yours, and everything fine.

I would try the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter as the first solution.
