That shouldn't happen every reboot, only on a build update/upgrade. When you say "all apps removed" do you men just the ones with the uninstall option or all apps uninstalled by other means?
Ok, just wanted to confirm. Striping them out in non standard ways can sometimes break things. So every time you reboot they show up again? Are you running the Consumer build or Insider build? Run winver and post back what build your on please. System page > Help > about Windows will give it to you too.
10586.494 is the build I'm on, no such issues. Have you seen any "installing updates" etc messages when you shut down? Best guess is you clean installed an old build and it upgraded to the latest. And reinstalled those Apps in the process.
No install messages its wierd few weeks back I did recovery and a registry key came with the new install it was a poker gambling software...I do use it..so I did another recovery and this started happening.
I bought Netgear nighthawk router last year while on windows 7 it had to go back for defective after that ive had high latency static playing videos and I was told it could be comming from my service provider or build up in the system...I Installed spybot anti beacon on win 10 high latency started back up...its seems after windows update high latency on network card stops for a few days its odd especially how it started rght after I removed the router now it continues. Anyways just wanted to pass that your way. Im with linux as soon as it hit stores.
Thanks for your help.
Try turning of Occasional Suggestions in the Start Menu , I haven't seen Candy Crush or Poker since doing that .... coincidence ?
Settings>Personalisation>Start>
The windows was done by media creation tool the poker software was downloaded but when I did a recovery 1 key remained which is very wierd but prior to recovery the poker software was already uninstalled but would not remove from the uninstall app area. The key removed once I did another recovery then the candy issue begin.
Im going to wait on Linux hitting stores HP was going to release one.
Ive disable suggestions in start menu.
I will do a restart in a few hours and check back.
