I tried your script, but it freezes on "Now attempting to regenerate missing manifest files..."
Should something happen instantly or it just can take a long time?
You need to install PSSqlite first (at least that was the problem in my case). Run PowerShell as admin and then

    Code:
    Install-Module PSSQLite
    Hope this helps

I know this is an old thread, but M/S issues are persistent!
    I have this -path error

    Code:
    Running as admin? .......... YES
    Is psexec.exe found? ....... YES

Running tasks under LOCAL SYSTEM user account
(note, a separate window may popup)

Try the new cross-platform PowerShell https://aka.ms/pscore6

    I can't even install PSQlite!
    Microsoft Apps suddenly broken-psqlite-error.png

I broke the Apps by messing with the folder permissions to see the game files I'd installed on a secondary SSD because I wanted to see how much space was being used.

I did a repair install yesterday to try and fix this but after it finished it got stuck after logging in saying "This is taking longer than expected", so I rebooted into safe mode and disabled all third-party programs and services from starting. I've ended up with Start Menu not working (and PC settings, right-clicking on taskbar icons, Windows+[key] combos]). I can just about use it because Classic Shell still works and I've got a multi-boot system, so there's another working Win10 I can boot into. I can copy files from that if someone could advise me what I need to copy.
