Problems with windows app/app store/and windows update

    Oh well, basically you need to get Windows Store working first then work on fixing the app.

    Oh well, it's probably better for you to get the new updated build that's out today in a ISO and do a in-place upgrade.

I've recently had big problems after a failed windows 10 update (1709) which necessitated a clean reinstall of the OS (not performed by me). I've just now got my computer back only to discover that I no longer have live tiles in the start menu...
