    0X80080300 Net Helpmsg 2182 Programs not opening


    So far, I haven't been able to open the Mail app, the calculator, HP Scan and Capture without getting this error message.
    I've attached a picture of one of the messages.
    I'm sorry if I haven't provided enough information, I've never done this before.

    You are getting this message since you are signed in to the built-in elevated "Administrator" account. Windows apps cannot run in an elevated account like this one.

    You'll need to sign in to your Microsoft account on the computer, or sign in to a local account on the computer and have its Store signed in with your Microsoft account.
