    Snipping tool extends beyond window

When I select "Window Snip" on Snipping tool it includes a little of whatever is behind on the sides and bottom.

Is this a new issue? I'm pretty sure it didn't do it in 8 but can't quite remember and don't have any older versions installed at the moment to check.

It looks like they haven't updated the tool with the new borderless windows. Hopefully they'll fix that.

Nice catch indeed! It's definitely the new 'no boarders' thing, with a classic theme it captures boarders.

White window frames around every window.
Since 10122 I've noticed that they changed the window frames from using accent colours to just using white all the time. Personally I don't like this and I am wondering if there is a way to bring accent colouring back.

A minor change in 9901 - snipping tool now guesses what you want. Just click on new and you no longer (as in 8) have to specify window or full screen. It will select a window snip from partially obscured window which is pretty cool. Rather...
