Nothing has changed in either uploaded ISO..
If it worked before, it should work the same now......
Hey kyhi how are you first of all I want to thank you for creating this awsm recovery tool and now I want to tell you my problem
My computer registry got corrupted because of my own stupidity but fortunately I have a registry backup I have backed the registry through registry editor it only gave me a one big registry file and now I want to restore that registry but I can't get inside of my computer because it crashes on boot I have tried all the safe modes but no luck I don't have any other backup plz help me I have already downloaded & created a bootable USB plz help me I don't want to lose this system plz
I do have another windows 10 installed on same computer on different drive though
Regarding: the "SFC Scannow and Dism RestoreHealth"
So we'd boot a corrupted PC to the winpese image you kindly provide. I assume it runs from the PC's memory. Then we use this program you provide for a potential fix on the bad PC? You said "will run System File Checker and DISM commands to repair an online Windows image". So I'm not sure if it's purpose is what I'm suggesting.
Sorry for my lack here. Thanks.
Image Health can be used to repair your currently booted "online" windows image.
When using WinPESE your windows image is now considered "Offline" because you are booted into WinPE OS that has been loaded into System Memory.
I love this tool, but we have a need to create one that we can use for forensics and add some of those tools. We don't want to load to many additional tools we just want to be able to throw in a few that we are going to use to clone drives, use explorer, maybe run some hard disk erasing program and would need network connectivity also. Do you have any versions that are stripped down that we could use and add our own tools to?
I have messed around with the WinPE tools and tried to create our own but have not been able to get it working in a GUI environment like yours, I have had to do all from the command line and some of the tools we want to add don't work as well that way. I work for a none profit organization so any help would be much appreciated.
