Yup, Mike....that's what baffles me as well... thus hoping Norton will clarify matters for us.
Well Mike, if you can, then maybe you should write Norton, and tell them it works for you, and ask them if they need any logs to compare.
I have done that with other software that works for me but not for others. The firm will either ask for log file you already have or give you a download link to their tool that creates them. IOBIT did the 2nd when I was testing for them about 3-4 years ago.
