When upgrading to W10-Home a month or so back, a few apps would not start (Groove Music, Films & TV, Store) - the others were quickly fixed with cumulative Windows Updates - but Groove Music will not start for my own User Profile (which is an @outlook.com login.)

I've tried it on the other two User Profiles I have on the PC - one is also an @Outlook.com login, the other is a local account.

Tried Googling around, and a few things - but no luck.

Short of deleting my user account and profile (not even sure how to make sure that is cleanly removed) - has this been a common issue, and is there a fix? There is no error - just click the icon in Start Menu, and nothing happens.
