    Error code 0x80072f7d


    Trying to access the MS Store and I keep getting this error. I can't access APP's but I can connect to the other options, ie: games, music etc. Keeps saying "check you connection". Internet etc all work just fine.

    Hi, Have you tried the first three results if you search this forum for 'Store'? Re-register, Cache, Re-install?

    Also check 'Location' is working (Action Centre, Location tile should not be shaded out).

    Could you clarify 'I can't access APP's' - do you mean no other universal apps work e.g. Photos, Groove...?

    Noted a couple of other similar reports without resolution including a knee-jerk response from an MS rep on an MS forum. Please also search this forum for a similar case.
