    .NET Framework 3.5 error 0x80073701

So i'm getting error 0x80073701 when i'm trying to install .net framework 3.5 throught install. When i'm trying to install offline(throught windows disk), i'm getting same error text as installing normally. Here it is :

The referenced assembly could not be found.
    Offline installer error : 14081

I tried it many times, always the SAME error.

    Help me please

If you both have Windows 10 install media:
First open Note Pad and copy & Paste the following in:
    DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:d:\sources\sxs
    Then make the following change:
Where the Source:d was the dvd I used to do the tech review installation (d: should be the drive with the windows 10 tech review installation software) change to your install media's drive letter.

Then open up an Admin Command Prompt and and copy & paste your corrected command in and let it run.
If all goes well it will end saying successful.

One more thing I can offer, is, here is a thread I participated in and still follow in the Microsoft Community. There have been many different solutions(there seems to be no one size fits all): How to instal .Net Framework 3.5 on Windows 10
