    "best" debloater for Win 10?

    Mods: please move if necessary.

What are your experiences or recommendations for Win 10 "debloaters?" Either Windows-based or PS1-based. Are there any to avoid?

Free is good, but a reasonably priced program is also good.

Shutup Windows 10 - Turn off most of the stuff that will turn back on when you do any install or update to windows

Winareo Tweaker - Can also work like Shutup but for cosmetic means. This is more or less the opposite of a de-bloater, and could return some functions from Windows Vista as well.

Windows Ameliorated - an install of Windows 10 with most of everything stripped out. Like app store, comes with various installation extras, like Windows PE you should be able to make your own install. The one I have for instance have open-shell
pre-installed along with scoop. This is as "Bare Bones" Windows will be without any respect or regard to current Windows Standards. It will also run with limited memory amount, however no matter what you do, anything you install can trigger contacting home-base ( Microsoft Seattle or Britain).

So you will have to literally use the built in firewall. AKA the Hosts files. Using the hosts files could stop you from the ability to making purchases via online retailers, but imagine using it in conjunction with Android Subsystem apps

Some HTML tools can work offline or is backed up.

There are tons of moves you can do to maximize your privacy. However the flat fact remains. When you install specific programs, or do windows updates, or use certain commands that literally reinstall portions of your Windows release, a good chance everything ( or most ) of what you did will be reset and you will have to re-apply those settings again, even the ones via command-line or regedit.
