    CCleaner suggests driver updates

What should I think about this? Happened once before recently. That time it said one driver. Sounds a bit fishy. It says "resolve". Is it gonna tell me how and what will be resolved before resolving?

I'd say if it isn't broken and you don't need new features that might be included in a driver then don't fix it.

I always remove the driver updater component.

Agreed, not gonna go for it. CCleanerDU.dll gone, but I am curious what the end game is. Trying to sell something?

If you're using the free version it will likely prompt you to purchase PRO to update drivers.

    See:

If that’s with the free version then I’d suggest it’s to scare you into upgrading. I doubt you’ll have 11 drivers out of date.
Also the driver updater can break Windows, several complaints on their forum on that.

Frankly, I would avoid updates from Ccleaner like bubonic plague.

It is supposed to be a cleanup tool (and pretty dubious at that). You start messing with unnecessary driver updates, you ADD crap.
