Hi. I have 1 JPEG photo I need to print out to a specific size. What I have tries to print out a full size page, but I'm looking for something I can input size, and it will print to that size. Say like I need a 2-1/2" X 2-1/2" photo printed.
Is there anything like what I need available?

Run Ubuntu in Windows Subsystem for Linux and use one of the photo software packages available for Linux.
On the few occasions when I need to do this, I drag the picture into Word then right-click, Format, Size and set it to whatever I want.
I then select the picture, Print, Print selection only.

6 Checked after resizing - it had even coped well with my contradictory settings to set this non-square sample to 4" by 4" yet preserve its aspect ratio.
