    I'm sorry, I have had a stroke.
    Microsoft Windows 10 2004 (OS Build 19041.264)

    I cannot capture the 3 words, they are in a box. They are supposed to be predictive text, but I would prefer not to use them. They appear in a box immediately above whatever I am typing. I am not sure how to turn off this function.

    Sorry to hear that- hope you are recovering.

    Does this occur in any context, or only when using a specific program such as MS Word or similar?

    Otherwise you might be referring to
    Turn On or Off SwiftKey Suggestions and Autocorrections in Windows 10
    Turn On or Off Typing Insights in Windows 10

    for example.

    Thank you!

    Turn off/on Typing Insights didn't work but "Hardware Keyboard" - "Show text suggestions as 1 type" did work.
