Can you just post the text of the issue? It's incredibly hard to read what you posted... and I wear reading glasses.

And if its saying there isn't enough storage have you checked your drive. A bit more info would also help.

I ask again, have you checked you disk space.... can you post an image of the "This PC" where is shows the drives. Example....



Also, you system specs says you have 4gig of RAM, is something eating into it? Post an image of Task Manager showing the process tab so we can see the percentage of memory being used. Example...
