    Help using Power Automate Desktop

Windows Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.867)

I have an rtf file I wish to save to multiple locations. I have set up a new flow. Then I select Desktop recorder and start the recording. I am then able to save the rtf file. Now I need to go to a different location such as Desktop and select a folder located there on which to save the new rtf file. Then I select the file and "save as" it. This last action seems to cause an error in Power Automate Desktop and the last action will not be saved.

I can successfully save and use all the above actions until the last one. In other words All works fine UNTIL I try to change the directory.

    Hello, see link below:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/pow...p-flows/errors

Can you share some error code, description or logs as described on link?

If not, you can try to debug your specific issue:

Now I am unable to delete the new flows that have the above error. The delete is greyed out. See Attached.

    Maybe this can help:

    Close all instances
    Delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\.IdentityService
    c# - multiple_matching_tokens_detected with ADAL - Stack Overflow

    This is supposed to be:
    C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\.IdentityService

Try to find into which location does Power Automate write it's program data, ex:
    C:\ProgramData
    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Power Automate
    etc..

did you try suggestion from log?
    Try to clear token cache
See if there is option for this or find cache location.

    Microsoft.Identity.Client.MsalClientException
Seems to imply some log in information, try to log out of program, restart it and log in back.

Try to reproduce problem in another Windows account.

Other than that I don't know what else to suggest.

    I uninstalled and then re-installed.
Set up new flow called test file.
Ran new test file and got error "Flow test file failed. Error in 'main' action #7 'Click UI element in window'
