I guess so.. I plan on calling them tomorrow some time and see what happens. When I tried to use the 8.1 drivers I got the same error. And I don't expect any help from Netflix to be honest what I expect is .. well them telling me to use 8.1. I know what occurred.. something was lost when I did a clean install of 10 but what is the question..

Here is the Error I get: W8156-80070002

It says that it's a graphic driver issue.. I bet the win10 drivers aren't compatible with the Netflix app.
Sorry bunny, but did you try to sign out of Netflix app and then sign back in? Netflix says it could be an issue with settings/information stored or network problem on top of graphics issue.

I'm running it fine on my SP2 with no issue streaming HD content. But I didn't check with my main desktop yet.

I decided to uninstall the damn thing !!

Sure glad I didn't install it on my main computer. I have a smaller computer that's hooked up to my TV and I use that one strictly for watching TV etc. That's the computer I installed Windows 10 on.

Now that I have uninstalled it, everything is working fine again with Netflix.

Just tried this and.. no luck. I don't need the app since I can play Netflix via a browser, FF or Chrome.

    But thanks for the suggestion..

I just tried the Netflix app on my main desktop and it's playing fine so far. Puzzled as to what the issue could be.

Wonder if the app is having a spasm with certain system configurations?

Did you upgrade from your previous OS or do a clean instillation? My issues started after I did a clean instillation.

Mine was a clean install but I just installed the app now to test it out.

I am running a Nvidia GTX570 with Intel i5-3570k OC'd. Surface Pro 2 has HD4400 integrated graphics. Both with Win10 drivers updated.
