    The only other option I can think of is: Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

    Have you looked at your antivirus? A few people myself included fund this was a problem.

    I really don't wanna reinstall my entire system
    I tried uninstalling antivirus, but no luck

    A repair install keeps what you want, it's also called "IN PLACE UPGRADE", and is basically like the upgrade you did to get, Win10. You also could keep settings and software, right? All it does is repair Windows.
