How to locate this suspicious program?

I found a suspicious program under Task Manager/Startup. Its name is "Program"; its icon is a rectangle with a folded upper right hand corner, just like that of a generic .txt file except there is no horizontal lines in it; its publisher is blank. How do I find out the location of this program? I most likely will delete it.

    How can you locate it?

You should be able to see a path as this example:

Once you know what it is, then decide how to deal with it.

More: try Autoruns, free from MS.

Mine only has the first four. It doesn't have the last one - command line.

    I'm running 1909 18363.900

The default view is to only show 4 columns on the Start-up tab.

Right-click on any of the 4 existing column headers and you'll see the option to add the Command line column (and others).

Oh! Thanks. I was clicking at the blank column header. No wonder nothing happened.

Thanks to all who helped me.

I never spotted those extra columns before! Why is my disabled time 1601?
