I figured out what was going wrong with my computer. The problem was the antivirus. I was using free Bitdefender and it was blocking my mail, calendar and store. I uninstalled it and everthing worked fine. I then tried Panda antivirus. It too had problems. It blocked my browsers from loading pages.
So, I went to Avira which says it is for Windows 10 and all is working great now.
I figure that certain software or antivirus is causing the conflicts.
