I have removed, as much as I can of OneDrive on my computer
When I delete the Onedrive icon in file explorer, it keeps reappearing after a re-boot.

If you open the OneDrive app, it will automatically restore OneDrive in the navigation pane of File Explorer.
Double check to make sure you turned off to start OneDrive automatically at startup.

Afterwards, you can remove OneDrive from the navigation pane again to have it stick.

If you don't plan on ever using OneDrive, you can uninstall it to completely remove it.
