I've use Revo Uninstaller too. Never had a problem.
I use Revo uninstaller pro but they have a free version.
I had revo uninstaller free. It does not show a few programs installed in installed programs list in windows 10 where as it worked flawless as others said in my windows 8.1 on the same laptop. Any reasons?
I have used REVO Pro for a number of years and love it. I was using it earlier and there was an update available that said "Enhanced W10 Support" I have also used it with W10 even before the recent update with no problems though my use was not extensive. I have not noticed the problem you described, never thought to look and compare.
I think CC uninstall just uses the system uninstaller. I have been using Geek Uninstaller for a long time. Compact and functional. You must thoroughly check what you are going to remove first though. Most data under the ProgramData and/or username\AppData\Roaming is configuration files if you want to install any app at a later time.
