    Missing apps in Start Bar, anyone know a fix?

    Adding Apps

    I deleted a bunch with right click-delete and the downloaded a free App from VLC(Video Media) and it installed it on Start Screen.
    I notice you have Sticky Notes and Paint to the left. How did you get those there?
