Cortana Signin Flashes

I'm trying to use Cortana, but she wants me to signin to my live account. When I click on "Signin" A small screen flashes but I cant sign into anything.

Many people are having the same problem. I looks as if Windows 10 works very well with the exception of Cortana. I would give it a week or 2 and see if Microsoft doesn't send out and update or patch. I worked around it by using a PIN# in place of my Microsoft account.

How do I do that?

I need to know why the login (sign in) screen just flashes and I can't sign in to microsoft or Cortana.
