I know how to change the colour of the log on screen but not the log off screen, any ideas?

As the title says, i want the log off screen colour to be different to my accent colour.

Until there is an app that allows you to pin custom tiles without first launching the program that makes them then there is no alternative to Oblytile.

They appear to refresh or flash briefly, seems to have been doing it for as long as i've used Windows 10, any ideas?

Edit: It only seems to do it when i delete a file into an empty recycle bin, it...

Mine does the exact same thing.

When a new program is installed it displays 'New' next to it and next to 'all apps' in the start menu, any way to disable?
