    well I have one solution.... a)uninstalled...

    b)in Registry I deleted everything had to do with "Bingweather"
    c)Restarted laptop and installed Weather app from...

    I have the same exact problem with Weather...

    I have the same exact problem with Weather application as n0mad describes it. I tried also several possible solutions but no luck.
