i doubt that. i installed Pro on 6 different machines, all system experienced high temp due to runtime broker's high usage (60-80% cpu). but all i did was simply disable "Show me tips about Windows"...
for every forum that i've went to that link has been posted, i've read that already. all i'm saying is turning off "show me tips" fixed my high cpu usage issue.. also, i didnt turn off registry...
disabling "Show me tips about Windows" found on Settings -> System -> Notifications & actions seem to have fixed the high cpu usage by runtime broker, at least for me..
installed the latest update released for windows 10 hoping it contains the fix on the problem we're encountering, but to no avail. still no photos can be viewed from my camera connected via usb.

up for this also having the same problem, hope anyone out there has a fix on this..
btw, as of now im just using nikon's view nx app to transfer photos, but life would be a lot easier if i can...
