Thanks ,its just annoying for my clients to show the images with that grey band.Its there even when i copy /paste an image via internet explorer to another destination folder and also when I transfer...

thanks ,is there anyway i can turn off that default actions menu such that i can copy all the images bar free into another folder

when I download my images to a folder and open each one up I get a grey band at the top of each image.You can see the image behind the grey band but obviously i would like to have the whole image...
