I just installed 10 for third time this morning and I was correct that PCie or Wifi adapter was issue and it is a 10 software issue.

I reverted twice to 8.1. I wonder If I should uncheck box before third attempt and hope upgrade keeps...

Are you going to disable magic packet/WOL to see if it solves problem?
After what time interval did computer start and was it always the same?

After doing more research I found out that a magic packet can start a shutdown computer with a signal from something else on your network or remotely from outside source. Going into Device manager...

The computer was fully turned off every time. Somehow it gets restarted every 30 minutes after complete shutdown on Windows 10 but not 8.1.
