So, just to be clear.
1) I need to change my old user account name to some dumby name (like "delete this") and then
2) I can use the local account transfer function to move from my Microsoft...

I may have had a USB issue with my external hard drive I ended up with the issue where the drive is now detected as RAW and unable to be detected by Windows - it gives both the "Parameter is missing"...
I just wanted to chime in with the others and say that this worked for me - I assume the idea is to rewrite the small SYSTEM partition with the new info.

I tried Driver Verifier and it crashed immediately upon resetting my system after turning it on. I had to disable it again in order to boot back into...
