Sorry I thought the active memory dump would be more information to help you.
Well it happened again and was able to rerun the log collector and seen the dump in there so here you go.
Dump was delete I guess when I adjusted the minidump creation to a "Active Memory Dump" I'll have to post the dump when it occurs again. Thanks for the fast response Softwaremaniac

Previously I had multiple BSOD's after the Anniversary update. Tried to figure out on my own. Thinking it was my drivers. updated every driver I could. Would still get it....
