Never mind I fixed it, yesterday the changes I was making weren't saving, today they did and everything actually went back to being proper

I have been having this same issue, normally everything is smaller and sharp on 1080P, now that I have windows 10 all the windows I open are big and blurry. Couldn't find anything on it all...
