I think it could be related to Hardware issue, your System memory RAM, you may check your Memory; clean the dust, try re-seating the memory, Maybe Use memtest to diagnose your memory, etc.

You can check your latest Installed update via: control panel-> program and features-> view installed update.
(In case if you didn't know wheres is control panel, win10 seems to hide control panel...

I also notice that after install this update, Booting into windows takes a few longer than before.

The Windows 10 loading screen is flashing two times. the second flashing is on lower...

okay i just checked on program and feature, latest Installed update is showing; Security update for windows (KB3116900)

I have 2 HDD internal sata (mode ahci), First one is for OS, second for storage data.

Before update, my HDD status are normal not listed under safety remove hardware icon or portable device....

My PC suddenly installed upgrade/update and then completed
(it said "we've got some features to be excited about" etc ...),
